Pricing that fits your organisation.
Twinvoice is built for teams, not individual seats. Pricing is tailored to your organisation and based on how much you use it, so you pay for practice that actually happens, nothing more.
From €49 per month, depending on team size and usage.
How pricing works.
Built around usage.

Everything you need to know
Get clear answers to the questions we hear most so you can focus on what truly matters.
Twinvoice lets organisations build AI-powered practice scenarios for any skill. Your people can have realistic voice conversations with AI characters — a difficult colleague, a skeptical prospect, a nervous patient — in a safe environment where they can practise as often as they need. Available 24/7, no scheduling required.
Pricing is built around usage: you pay for the practice your people actually do, measured in conversation minutes, rather than for seats that sit unused. It is scaled to your team, so whether it is one department or your whole organisation, the arrangement is shaped around your size and how often people practise. And it is one arrangement at the organisation level, invoiced directly — no per-person sign-ups, no checkout, no hidden add-ons.
Every voice conversation between one of your people and a practice scenario uses minutes. One minute of conversation equals one minute deducted from your balance. Your included minutes are part of your arrangement and are set around the size of your team and how often they practise. Minutes reset each month.
Unused minutes roll over to the next month, up to your monthly allowance. That means your balance can carry into a new month, but anything beyond your allowance is reset.
Extra minutes are available when your team goes over its included minutes, without changing your arrangement. They are priced as part of the arrangement, so we go through it together on the demo alongside your expected usage.
Upload 1 to 3 minutes of clear audio of yourself speaking. Twinvoice creates an AI voice clone that sounds like you using ElevenLabs technology. Your people then practise with a scenario that speaks in your voice. Custom setups include hands-on assistance with recording and optimising the voice clone.
An organisation setup is designed for teams and companies that need a dedicated environment. It includes a custom implementation, your own domain (like coach.yourcompany.com), white-label branding, prompt engineering support, SSO/SAML, and a dedicated account manager. Pricing is based on your team size and usage. Book a demo to discuss your needs.
By default, your organisation purchases minutes and allocates them to your people. But you can also enable a setting that lets people buy their own minute packs directly. This gives you flexibility — fund practice centrally, or let people invest in their own development.
